​Seated volleyball is very similar to regular volleyball on players MUST have part of their lower body on the ground at all times.  Each set also goes to 25, not 21, like in traditional volleyball, and the court is smaller and nets are shorter to accommodate players at ground level.

Seated Volleyball

Seated Volleyball is also called Paralympic Volleyball.  It was first demonstrated as a Paralympic sport in 1976 in the Toronto Olympics.
